Beautifully original watercolor that is double matted "Parrot With Flowers" by acclaimed Texas/Colorado artist Louise Butler.  Louise Butler was a professor of Art in Colorado and Texas and has now passed.
 
This is a beautiful and colorful original watercolor of a parrot in a tree surrounded by flowers.  Very vibrant purples, pinks, and greens.
