Vintage Lead Crystal Bell made by Bayel Cristallin of France

There is a  frosted Sea Horse figure that sits  atop of the bell. A crystal bead hangs from the chain chain and gives this bell a clear, crisp  ring. The bell is crystal clear with a frosted seahorse on top.   These Bayel pieces were made in the early 1950's and this is talked about in the glassware collector books.

The bell does have the black and gold foil stickers on it. The bell measures 3 1/4" diameter at the bottom, the overall height is 7 1/2"
