Eglomise (reverse painted) Chinoisere Beveled Mirror

This mirror is a Hollywood Regency and Eastern Chinoiserie styles combined. The reverese painted sides boast beautiful Eastern influenced scenes that are guaranteed to deaw attention to this piece! Set in a silver colored metal frame, this piece measures 36" H and 60" W and it probably weighs around 60 pounds. The mirror still has the original manufacturers label on the back dated 1944. 
 
The top center of the mirror looks like a thumbprint thats faded, it is silver loss on the back of the mirror but literally looks like a smudge. . On the left side , midway down where the reverse painting and mirror meet, there is a spot about the size of a dime or smaller that has a bit of paint loss but just looks like a dark spot in the  painting. None of these imperfections take away from the beauty of this piece.
